Ruchi Deshpande, Ph.D.

Background:

Ruchi received a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree from the University of Mumbai in August 2008, and completed an M.S. at the University of Southern California under the Department of Biomedical Engineering in 2010. She was awarded the Viterbi School of Engineering’s fellowship to pursue a PhD in 2010.

Ruchi joined IPI Lab in 2009 as a graduate summer intern and is currently working on her PhD thesis as well as several other projects. Her research interests include radiotherapy informatics, application of data mining in healthcare for decision support and medical image processing.
